Amanda Porter and Michael Johnson-Gonzalez
Hospitality
Amanda Porter and Michael Johnson-Gonzalez are both teachers in the Waynesville R-VI school district. Amanda is in her fifth year teaching music at the Sixth Grade Center and Michael is in his first year teaching third grade at Partridge.
Amanda was born in Rensselaer, Indiana, but grew up in the Lake of the Ozarks area. She is in School of the Osage alumni and during her time there participated in several plays, as well as Drama Club. Amanda has been with PFAA since late 2018, when she saw her first play, "Fall of the House of Usher." Since then she has been auditioning and supporting the theater. A few of her notable performances were Miss Rose in "Pinocchio" and Jane Wells in "Sherlock Holmes and the Portal of Time."
Michael was born in Peurto Rico but moved around a lot since he is from a military family. He graduated from the Waynesville school district and considers Missouri to be his home. Michael is a recent addition to the PFAA family. He joined in mid 2022 and made his debut appearance as Mayor Gibson in "Shakespeare Goes to Gravel Gulch or The Villain Drove a Bard Bargain."
Both love being a part of the PFAA family and are excited to see all of our guests at the concession stand!
