Zachery Henderson

My name is Zachery Henderson and I have been elected to the hospitality board chair of PFAA. I am currently a real estate agent, and I have a background of various management roles in the retail industry. I have spent my entire professional work life in the customer service industry and am dedicated to providing top notch customer service to my clients, and now to the patrons of the theatre. I have always enjoyed the fellowship of the theatre community from high school, to my friends who have pursued acting professionally, to the friends I have made at this theatre. I want to give back to my community by volunteering my time, and by doing what I do best: providing great customer service. My goal in this is to simply leave the theatre better than when I found it, ensuring I, and the concession staff, provide a clean, safe, and friendly patron experience. During my tenure, I will be working diligently to implement positive changes to the theatre that promote an inclusive and judgement free environment to actors, crew, and patrons. I seek to provide alternative options for those with gluten intolerances and allergies, and work to achieve and sustain more eco-friendly business practices. I'm always looking for constructive feedback so feel free to reach out with suggestions or ideas that you think can make our theatre better. If it's a sound idea and makes good business sense, I'd love to implement some good community suggestions.
